2nd Place | Student Innovators Competition 2022

It would be my omission through such a post not to thank first all those who were members to organize and carry out this competition as well as its sponsors and supporters.

As a future graduate student, I consider that having the opportunity to take part in such competitions is very important because our society still thirsts for innovative ideas that will each put their own stone to build the endless tower called "Developed and Smart Society".

As the microgrid concept is critically acclaimed to star in the energy communities of the near future, new innovative, flexible, and affordable microgrid technologies, easily accessible to the public, need to be developed to minimize the hitherto high cost of microgrid equipment and consequently sharply increase the degree of penetration of the technology considered. This is what HYPERIΩΝ Microgrid Technologies aims for, with the design and the implementation of an advanced system of supervision and control in real-time in a microgrid via Android programming being the main concept.

Finally, I would like to thank all my partners for the effort they made which resulted in us winning scholarships for the European Innovation Academy course that will take place in Porto.
